My first glimpse of Charlie Hunnam was in the British TV series Queer as Folk where he played baby-gay Nathan who falls hard for older man Stuart. (Check out the series, you'll see why his performance is unforgettable.)
Since then, he has been attached to projects like Undeclared, Sons of Anarchy, and Pacific Rim... but Charlie's headlines lately have been around landing the role of Christian Grey in 50 Shades of Grey, and then stepping away from the project.
While I'm interested in seeing how the movie goes without him, I have to admit I was really pleased when I heard he'd been initially cast. Now we'll just have to wonder what the film would have been like with him while watching repeats of QAF.
