Anti-Gay Alabama Governor Faces Impeachment Hearings After Affair With Top Aide

Impeachment proceedings against Governor Robert Bentley began today.
From: NewNowNext
The Alabama Supreme Court has given lawmakers the go-ahead to begin impeachment proceedings against Republican Governor Robert Bentley, who has been accused of having an affair with a female aide.

First elected in 2011, Bentley has been a staunch opponent of LGBT rights, calling same-sex marriage “a social experiment.”

“I have always believed in the Biblical definition of marriage as being between one man and one woman,” he said in a statement shortly after the Supreme Court ruled in Obergefell v. Hodges. That definition has been deeply rooted in our society for thousands of years… The people of Alabama also voted to define marriage as between a man and woman. I always respect the people’s vote, and I am disappointed that the Supreme Court has disregarded the choice made by the people of Alabama in its decision today.”

In 2016, texts and audio recordings surfaced of Bentley making suggestive remarks to Rebekah Caldwell Mason, a senior aide in his office. Bentley and Dianne, his wife of 50 years, divorced later that year.

The governor, a former Baptist deacon, has ignored calls for resignation, apologizing for “making mistakes” without specifying any wrongdoing.

“I do not plan to resign. I have done nothing illegal. If the people want to know if I misused state resources, the answer is simply no. I have not,” he said from the steps of the state capital.

Last week, the Alabama Ethics Commission found probable cause that he had broken ethics and campaign laws, and there are allegations Bentley used state troopers to cover up the affair.

“Nobody’s love life is a political matter—unless you, as a politician, make your love life and your personal life a political matter,” Rachel Maddow said in 2016 about Bentley’s predicament. “He has been a crusading family values politician who has campaigned on the superior morality of his own marriage, his own family and his own family values, and how he’s going to save Alabama from other people’s terrible, immoral family choices because his values and his family are superior.”

The Yellowhammer State has a shameful history of homophobia under Bentley’s stewardship: A month after Obergefell v. Hodges, more than a dozen counties in Alabama still refused to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples. (Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was actually suspended for telling state judges to continue upholding the state’s ban.)

And in March, the Alabama House advanced a bill that would allow faith-based adoption and foster-care agencies to turn away same-sex couples.

“Family Values” GOP Senator caught with teen boy now faces prostitution charges

From: Queerty
On Wednesday, we reported police in Moore, Oklahoma were investigating why state Sen. Ralph Shortey was hanging out in a hotel room last Thursday with a teenage boy.

According to The Oklahoman, a text exchange between Shortey and the teen are central to the investigation.

Police were first tipped off by concerned relatives of the unnamed teen.

The NY Daily News reports Shortey — who was “a leader in President Trump’s Oklahoma primary campaign” — is now being charged with “soliciting a minor for prostitution, prostitution within 1000 feet of a church and transporting someone for prostitution.”

On Tuesday, Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn acknowledged he’d received a initial police briefing and is awaiting a final report before deciding whether to press criminal charges.

It’s still unclear exactly how old the boy is. Authorities are referring to him as a juvenile, although the age of consent in Oklahoma is 16.

According to the NY Daily News:

The Oklahoma State Senate punished Shortey on Wednesday afternoon, stripping his committee memberships, kicking him out of his capitol office and making him return his state computer.

35-year-old Shortey was questioned Monday by police.

First elected in 2010, Shortey (R-Oklahoma City) has been married to his high school sweetheart since ’02.

On Tuesday, Lt. Kyle Dudley to The Oklahoman:

“On March 9 … officers of the Moore Police Department were contacted in reference to a welfare check at a local hotel.”
“Responding officers found a juvenile male in a hotel room which was also occupied by an adult male. The circumstances surrounding this incident are currently under investigation and no additional information can be released at this time.”

Shortey has proven to be a controversial figure during his time in Senate. Most recently, he infuriated voters by proposing that approved drug laws be undone at the polls in November.

Earlier this year, he advised former state Rep. Dan Kirby, R-Tulsa while embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal at the Capitol. Kirby later resigned after a House investigative committee “commended his expulsion.”

Married Oklahoma GOP Senator Ralph Shortey Offered Cash to Underage Male for ‘Sexual Stuff’

From: Towleroad
More details are emerging in the investigation into married Oklahoma GOP state Senator Ralph Shortey after the lawmaker was found in a Super 8 motel room with an underage male teen.

Police yesterday recommended three prostitution-related charges against Shortey and now a police report has emerged, The Oklahoman reports:

Details about electronic communications between Shortey and the teenager were captured on the teenager’s Kindle tablet that was taken into evidence, police said.
The conversation started with the boy asking Shortey, “Is there anything I can help you do some cash?”
Shortey, using the screen name “Jamie Tilley,” responded: “How much you needing?”
“I need money for spring break,” the boy answered.
“Tilley” responded, “I don’t really have any legitimate things I need help right now. Would you be interested in ‘sexual’ stuff?”
Police were told the teenage boy had a history of drug abuse and “soliciting himself on Craigslist for sexual conduct.”
Police launched the investigation after being called by the boy’s father, who had been contacted by his son’s girlfriend.
She told police that her boyfriend had said he was “going to get paid tonight,” and she feared he might be “involved in illegal drugs.”

Police found condoms and lotion in the teen’s backpack and said the two had been communicating for about a year.

The charges recommended by police include soliciting prostitution of a minor, prostitution within 1,000 feet of a church and transporting for the purpose of prostitution.

The Oklahoma Senate voted 42-0 to pass a resolution to punish Shortey for disorderly behavior.

The Oklahoma Republican Party also released a statement:

“The Oklahoma Republican Party takes all accusations against elected officials seriously, especially when the welfare of a minor is involved. We have reached out to Senator Shortey for comment and have not heard back from him at this time. We await the report from law enforcement on whether charges will be filed.”

GOP Mayor Arrested For Recording Teens Playing Strip Poker In His Bedroom

From: Joe My God
GOP Stockton Mayor Anthony Silva, who has held official town hall meetings at an anti-gay megachurch and who ceremoniously gave the key to the city to God (who did not attend), has been arrested on multiple charges including secretly recording a male teenager playing a game of strip poker in his bedroom at a summer camp. Sacramento’s NBC affiliate reports:

Silva, 41, was charged with eavesdropping or recording confidential communications, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, providing alcohol to a minor and cruelty to a child by endangering health, according to court records. The incidents for which Silva is being charged happened between Aug. 5 and Aug. 9, 2015, at the Stockton Silver Lake Camp, according to the Amador County District Attorney.
The arrest stems from a September 2015 FBI investigation where Silva’s cell phone was seized by Homeland Security investigators at San Francisco International Airport as he got off a flight from China. One of the clips on Silva’s phone contained audio of several people during a strip poker game in Silva’s bedroom at the camp, the Amador County district attorney said. One of the participants was 16 years old.
The district attorney said the audio revealed that participants in the poker game did not want to be recorded. Witnesses stated that Silva supplied alcohol to a number of underage counselors at the camp as well, according to the Amador County district attorney.

Silva was arrested at the camp where the 2015 incidents allegedly occurred. But wait there’s more:

Silva has been under investigation for alleged sexual misconduct multiple times, even before he was sworn in as mayor in 2013. When he was a high school water polo coach in 2004, Silva was accused of secretly taping teens in the bathroom of his apartment. Charges were never filed.
Authorities also investigated Silva in 2011 for an alleged rape attempt on a 19-year-old woman when he was president of the Boys and Girls club. In this case, prosecutors did not press charges due to lack of evidence.
The mayor was also investigated by the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s office in 2013 after admitting he secretly recorded a conversation with the city manager without his permission.

Oh, but we’re not done yet:

We learned that a gun used in a drive-by shooting that killed a 13-year-old boy in Stockton was registered to the city’s mayor, Anthony Silva.
Silva claims the gun was stolen from his home, and that he reported it stolen as soon as he realized it was gone. But questions remain as to why there’s such a large gap between the time Silva’s gun was allegedly stolen, and the day he reported it stolen to police.
At this point, it’s unclear when Silva’s gun was originally stolen. What we do know is in January 2015, it was used in a shooting. In February 2015, it was used in a second shooting, which resulted in the death of 13-year-old Rayshawn Harris. It wasn’t until March of 2015 that Silva reported the gun stolen.

And there’s this:

LGBT leaders say they will ask the City Council tonight to reject Mayor Anthony Silva’s appointment of activist Motecuzoma Sanchez to a citizen’s commission developing proposed amendments to Stockton’s charter. The LGBT leaders say they object to past posts by Sanchez on social media that they say are homophobic and racist.
Members of the San Joaquin Pride Center have taken greatest offense to past Facebook posts in which Sanchez refers to some members of Stockton’s LGBT community as “the gay pride mafia.” They also object to multiple Facebook references to Stockton Assemblywoman Susan Eggman, who is gay, as “Egg man.”
Another Sanchez post on Facebook late last year was of a picture of a grinning “Black Jesus” holding two 40-ounce bottles of alcohol. At the bottom of the picture, Sanchez typed “#reinventstockton.” The hashtag mocked the slogan of Councilman Michael Tubbs, who is black, and the post appeared shortly after Tubbs’ DUI arrest.

Zero Trans People Have Been Arrested For Bathroom Misconduct—But These Three Republicans Were

Seems like we're worried about the wrong people.
From: NewNowNext
Republican legislators in Florida, Texas, Arizona and elsewhere are trying to enact so-called “bathroom bills” and other measure designed to keep trans people from using the bathroom associated with the gender identity.

Their reasoning? Trans people are sex fiends who will try to molest you while you pee or pee.

Only there are no reported cases of trans men or women assaulting people in bathrooms.

guerrillafeminism

#northcarolina #trans#unitedstates

According to Media Matters, there haven’t even been any reports of men “pretending’ to be transgender to gain access to women’s spaces and commit crimes against them.”

You know who have been arrested in public bathrooms for sexual misconduct: Republican politicians.

Without even diving too deep, we found three GOP legislators who were picked up for lavatory indiscretions. Obviously we need laws against senators using bathrooms, not trans people!

 Jon Hinson

In 1981, this Mississippi congressman was arrested for engaging in oral sex in the House of Representatives bathroom with a Library of Congress clerk.

It was actually Hinson’s second offense: He had been arrested in 1976 for exposing himself to an undercover agent at the Iwo Jima memorial, but blamed it on alcoholism and managed to get reelected in 1980.

After the bathroom incident, though, Hinson resigned—and soon came out as gay. To his credit, the former politician spent the rest of his life as an LGBT activist, fighting the military’s ban on homosexuals and forming the Fairfax Lesbian and Gay Citizens Association in Fairfax, Virginia.

He died of AIDS-related illness at age 53.

 Larry Craig

The Idaho Republican was famously arrested in 2007 for lewd conduct in a men’s room at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

An undercover officer claimed he tried to initiate a sexual liaison, but Senator Craig insisted he just had a “wide stance.”

Craig pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct in August, but tried to withdraw the plea two months later, and reversed his decision to resign from the Senate.

He finished out his term under a cloud of scandal and declined to run for re-election in 2008.

 Bob Allen

That same year, Florida state Representative Bob Allen was arrested after allegedly agreeing to pay $20 to perform oral sex on an undercover police officer in the men’s room of a public park.

Allen, a longtime Republican, resigned later that yea but maintained he was only in the restroom because he was scared of the African-American men in the park, including the arresting officer.

“I certainly wasn’t there to have sex with anybody and certainly wasn’t there to exchange money for it,” he insisted. “This [officer] is a pretty stocky black guy, and there’s other black guys around in the park… I said ’they’re around here, you ought to know about that.'”

We guess a Florida Republican would rather be branded a racist than gay.

Don't Buy Mike Pence's Innocent Act

From: Shakesville
The official explanation for why Donald Trump asked Michael Flynn to resign (or merely accepted his resignation, depending on who's telling the story) is that Flynn lied to Vice-President Mike Pence about his conversation with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, which is why Pence then went on television to state with certitude:
"They did not discuss anything having to do with the United States' decision to expel diplomats or impose censure against Russia."

Flynn's lie to Pence, which caused Pence's very public "misstatement," is now being cited as the reason underwriting the "erosion of trust" that prompted Trump to ask for Flynn's resignation.

Central to this story is the idea that Pence only made that claim because he'd been misled by Flynn. Pence's alleged innocence has been bolstered by stories, the source for which is Pence's spokesperson, about how Pence only found out he'd been misled when he read it in the Washington Post on February 9, even though "Trump was first informed about the Justice Department's concerns regarding Flynn on Jan. 26."

Indeed, this wholesale buy-in to Pence's incredible claim of innocence is contingent on believing a number of extraordinary things.

1.
That Pence was wildly out of the loop.

Pence has emerged as one of the most powerful veeps in the nation's history. He has been acting as the liaison between the White House and the Republican Congressional Caucus to begin enacting a radical conservative agenda, staring with the repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

On January 26, the very day that Trump was informed about Flynn, Pence was profiled by USA Today as leading the charge on domestic policy: "Pence tells Congress to 'buckle up' and get ready to enact major change."

That is, quite simply, not a vice-president who's been pushed out and left in the dark.

2.
That Pence made a definitive statement about a vital national security concern based only on Flynn's word.

What we are meant to believe is that Pence went on national television and made a definitive statement about whether Flynn discussed sanctions with a Russian official, based exclusively on Flynn's word and nothing else.

Not only that does that seem like a very foolish move for a seasoned politician who has been through his share of controversies, but it also requires us to believe that, before speaking on such an explosive topic on behalf of the administration, he didn't discuss his talking points with anyone else in the administration, except for one person who had reason to lie.

I've been writing about Pence for many years, and I can tell you that there a lot of deplorable things about him, but being stupid and reckless are not among them.

3.
That Flynn lied even though, according to the Trump administration, he had nothing to lie about.

During the White House press briefing yesterday, Sean Spicer repeated over and over that Flynn's discussion about sanctions with Kislyak was not illegal. Flynn was asked for his resignation, Spicer insisted, not because he did anything wrong, but because of the "erosion of trust" after lying to Pence.

But: If Flynn hadn't done anything wrong on that call, then why would he lie about it to Pence in the first place? (The point is: Maybe he didn't.)

4.
That Pence hasn't been reading the news for months.

For us to believe that Pence was truly "in the dark" and completely innocent of any knowledge that Flynn had misled him, we also have to believe that Pence hasn't read a shred of news for months. Until he happened to pick up the WaPo on Feb. 9.

Reports of Flynn's ties to Russia have also been circulating for months. We are also meant to believe that Pence has entirely missed reports that Flynn has a long relationship with Putin, including interviews (example) in which Flynn boasts about his ties to Russia.

Either we have to believe Pence missed all of that, or believe that Pence knew it yet inexplicably took Flynn at his word when he said he had not spoken to Kislyak about sanctions.

5.
That Pence hasn't used precisely this maneuver before.

While Governor of Indiana, Pence used the old "had no knowledge" chestnut to distance himself from scandal. And it was just as absurd then as it is now.

Perhaps most famously, Pence claimed, exactly as he is now, that he learned from the press about the proposal for a state-run and taxpayer-funded news (propaganda) outlet: "I frankly learned about the memo from press reports late Monday."

He made this incredible claim despite the fact that two employees had already been hired; that "a governance board of communications directors" had been established; that a draft story had already been circulated; and that Pence himself had tweeted about it.

And he claimed that he learned about it from the media, just as he is claiming now.

This is his go-to move to try to disassociate himself from troubling stories that go public via leaks. He feigns ignorance, because it's preferable to look like he's out of the loop than intractably corrupt.

Don't believe him for a second. And urge the corporate media to give Pence the scrutiny he deserves, instead of letting him get away with the wide-eyed innocent routine. Again.

Donald Trump, Who Loved Leaks When They Benefited Him, Now Attacks ‘Low-Life Leakers’

From: Towleroad
Donald Trump tried to point his finger away from the real problem — his administration’s treasonous ties to Russia — and focus it on the leakers (who are doing the U.S. a great service by leaking his deeds to the press).

Tweeted Trump: “Leaking, and even illegal classified leaking, has been a big problem in Washington for years. Failing @nytimes (and others) must apologize! … The spotlight has finally been put on the low-life leakers! They will be caught!”

Will there be an investigation into Trump’s Russia ties?

The NYT:

Senators John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Pat Roberts favor a broader investigation. John Cornyn, the Senate majority whip, has also raised the possibility of an investigation by Senate committees with jurisdiction over the intelligence community.
The Democrats would obviously be on board — Chuck Schumer, the Senate Democratic leader, has also called for the Senate Intelligence Committee to lead a bipartisan inquiry. The person who needs to make this happen is Mitch McConnell, the Senate majority leader. Whatever form the committee takes, as Mr. Schumer said on Wednesday, all members must be granted equal access to “intelligence officials, transcripts and documents that they need to answer critical questions, and they must be permitted to make their findings public to the maximum extent possible.”
Admittedly, this is hoping for a lot from a Republican leadership whose natural inclination is to protect the president. This week, for instance, congressional Republicans closed off one avenue to forcing the release of Mr. Trump’s tax returns, which he has refused to divulge and which could help prove to Americans that he is not indebted to Russian financial entities.

Did Catholic School Where Mike Yenni Met Teen Boyfriend Know About His Lust For Underagers?

From: Queerty
The scandal involving Republican Mike Yenni, the former mayor of Kenner, Louisiana who currently serves as Jefferson Parish President, is getting messier by the day.

The 40-year-old conservative “happily married father of one” was outed for allegedly sexting with a 17-year-old boy who he met at a Catholic school function, gifting the teenager designer underwear and kissing him in a mall bathroom.

Now, it’s being reported that Yenni purchased a table at Jesuit High School’s commencement luncheon in New Orleans back in April of this year. The luncheon is held each spring for graduating seniors as they are formally welcomed into the Jesuit Alumni Association. It also serves as a fundraiser for the school.

The luncheon is where Yenni, who is a graduate of the esteemed high school and who would frequently return to give speeches to students, allegedly met his teenage boyfriend back in 2015.

When school officials learned that he was planning on attending the function again in 2016, they allegedly panicked and asked a friend of the politician to politely inform him that his presence would not be welcome. As a result, Yenni did not attend.

Apparently, the rescinded invitation came just weeks after Yenni’s former election challenger, Elton Lagassee, quietly sent a letter to Archbishop Gregory Aymond of New Orleans urging him to investigate rumors about the politician’s affinity for teen boys.

“As a grandfather of a child in a Catholic school, I am very concerned about the potential for future incidents of misconduct by Mr. Yenni should these allegations be confirmed by your investigation,” Lagasse wrote, adding that Yenni “will certainly be attending many functions at schools in the parish.”

Aymond responded to the letter by saying, ““I appreciate receiving this information. As you know, we take such allegations very seriously.”

So what does this mean exactly?

It sure sounds like school officials were aware of Yenni’s penchant for Catholic school boys and attempted to mitigate the situation internally.

Sound familiar?

Too bad the press got wind of it before it could be safely swept under the rug.

Tom Bagwill, who serves as director of institutional advancement for Jesuit High School, didn’t return calls from local press seeking comment. Yenni’s office, as well, is keeping mum, though a representative said that he planed to “address the allegations against him later this week.”

Let’s take a peek back at 2016’s weirdest political sex scandals

From: Queerty

The mayor of Fairfax City, Virginia, Richard “Scott” Silverthorne, was busted after offering meth to undercover cops in exchange for sex. He was arrested and charged with distribution of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. A week later, he resigned, blaming the whole incident on an emotional tailspin he was in after being diagnosed with cancer. “My faith in God and myself will get me through the biggest challenge of my life,” he said. “I ask that people keep me in their prayers.”

Let’s take a peek back at 2016’s weirdest political sex scandals

From: Queerty
There’s nothing we love more than a juicy political sex scandal. And, lucky for us, this year offered up plenty! From filthy phone sexing governors, to strip poker playing mayors, to naked people impersonating dead presidents and terrorizing quiet suburban communities, 2016 just kept on giving. We can hardly wait to see what 2017 has in store.

Republican lawmaker Mike Yenni of Louisiana made headlines after he admitted to sending “inappropriate text messages” to a 17-year-old Catholic school boy who he met at a high school graduation luncheon. Yenni, a 40-year-old married father of one with a second baby on the way, was also accused of giving the boy sexy $75 underpants, kissing him in a mall bathroom, and trying to arrange a threesome with him and another teenager. Despite acknowledging that he did, indeed, sext with the male youth, Yenni insists he’s not attracted to men (or boys).

Jefferson Parish Prez Mike Yenni Gives Excruciating Interview On Sexting Teen Boy

From: Boy Culture
Mike Yenni, the Jefferson Parish President who was caught sexting with a teenage boy, has sat for an interview with FOX8 in which he blankly claims he has no idea why he texted with the guy and also denies being gay.

Yenni admits only that he “sent inappropriate text messages,” and he keeps stressing that no sex happened.

He won't even answer whether he actually bought the guy underwear, going around and around in circles. Lying through his teeth as he goes.

Fave part: He calls the reporting of his actions a form of “gay-bashing.” But is not gay.

Watch him squirm ...

Donald Trump’s Supreme Court Shortlist May Have A Secret Gay Porn Past

From: Queerty
You will no doubt be shocked to hear that a crazily homophobic federal judge has been tied to a gay sex scandal. But here’s the fun twist this time: Donald Trump is thinking about nominating him to the Supreme Court.

The man in question is William Holcombe “Bill” Pryor Jr., an eleventh-circuit judge and former Attorney General of Alabama. He’s married (to a woman), has two daughters, and he really really really hates queers. He’s said that queer people should be arrested for having consensual sex in their homes; that being gay is harmful; and he voted to keep kids in orphanages rather than allow them to go to supportive same-sex adoptive parents. Trump says he’d consider Pryor for the Supreme Court.

What a bunch of jerks.

He is also, allegedly, featured in nude photographs that floated around on BadPuppy in the 90s. It sure looks like him! The man in the picture is looking glumly at the camera, on full display, and is identified as “Bill Pryor.” Various unnamed officials have identified the photo as authentic; but then again, it’s easy to claim all kinds of things anonymously.

For his part, Pryor says it’s not him, just like every other Republican caught doing something sexual.

For now, Trump hasn’t said anything about Pryor’s potentially-naked past. But lots of other legitimate legal observers have heard the rumors, and are only too happy to spread them. Maybe that’s the silver lining to Trump’s impending presidency: it’ll force some truly shocking secrets out into the open.

Kellyanne Conway finally confronted with Donald Trump rape lawsuit during interview

Donald Trump will be heading to court in December over a lawsuit claiming he raped a 13-year-old, and his campaign is now having to address it.
From: Blasting News
In an election cycle filled with scandals, one that has been kept hidden by the mainstream media has been the lawsuit claiming Donald Trump took part in a group rape of a 13-year-old girl. While the story has been relegated to the internet and social media, it was finally discussed on cable news.

Trump lawsuit

While Trump has been dealing with a dozen sexual assault allegations and the now infamous Access Hollywood hot mic tape since the beginning of October, there are other issues that he will be forced to deal with well after Election Day. One lawsuit that has gotten a lot of media attention has been the Trump University fraud case, whose trial will start at the end of November. However, just weeks later, Trump's legal team will head to another courtroom and face a lawsuit that alleges Trump raped a minor during the summer of 1994. As reported by Raw Story on October 31, Trump's campaign manager was forced to deal with the lawsuit during a live interview.

(The rape lawsuit is referenced at 2:10 in the above video.)

Joining CNBC host Andrew Ross Sorkin, author of "Too Big to fail," was Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway. The conversation began by focusing on FBI Director James Comey's controversial decision to inform Congress that a review of newly obtained emails would be taking place, that could be "pertinent" to their prior investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server. Conway ripped into Clinton, questioning if she is fit to even hold the office, asking, "Who’s really unqualified? Who’s unfit to be president? Who has shown what they would do with their national security information?"

After Conway brought up that Clinton could face legal trouble if she makes it to the White House, Sorkin cited the aforementioned rape lawsuit. "If Donald Trump is the president, he's got the child rape case that’s going to happen that was just given a date," Sorkin said.

Looking stunned, Conway fired back "Oh, come on. I can't believe that you would analogize the two. Give me a break." After Sorkin said he was simply bringing up the comparison to Clinton and Trump's potential legal issues in the White House, Conway responded "That's such a ridiculous conflation."

Lawsuit clarification

Trump's attorneys will head to court on December 16 for a status hearing on the case. The lawsuit was brought on by "Jane Doe," later identified as Katie Johnson, who claims she was the victim of multiple group rapes by Trump and convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein. Part of the lawsuit alleges that Epstein would send for young girls to attend his house party events, while claiming she was raped by Trump on as many as four different occasions. Trump has denied the allegations, with his legal team calling them a "hoax."

GoT’s Dean-Charles Chapman Caught in Alleged Webcam Scandal with Cousin

From: Cocktails and Cocktalk

Footage has emerged online claiming to be King Tommen Baratheon stroking his sceptre, with his cousin. We’ve heard through the grapevine that the pair were polishing their crown jewels for a girl, through the webcam chat site, Omegle. The few Twitter accounts that have posted the video, and even a couple mentioning the sexcapade have been suspended, while a couple of low-key forum sites have taken down their posts. A while we weren’t 100% sure whether it was him or not, the removal of the posts is slightly suspicious.

Some people have responded to the video, saying that the boys looks underage/or are underage – while others have intervened to state that the incident took place just recently, and that Dean-Charles Chapman is 19.

Curious? HERE’S THE LINK. Though we can’t guarantee how long it’ll be online.

11th Woman Accuses Donald Trump of Inappropriate Sexual Behavior

From: NBC News
Jessica Drake, right, speaks beside attorney Gloria Allred, left,
about allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior against
Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump during a press conference
in Los Angeles, on Oct. 22, 2016.
An eleventh woman came forward Saturday to publicly accuse Donald Trump of inappropriate sexual behavior.

Adult film star Jessica Drake alleged at a Los Angeles press conference that in 2006 Trump hugged kissed her and two female companions in his hotel room without permission. She also charged that after she left the room, Trump or someone acting on his behalf called her and offered her $10,000 to return.

"Collectively, his words and his actions are a huge testament to his character: That of uncontrollable misogyny, entitlement and being a sexual assault apologist," said Drake.

Drake said she wasn't seeking monetary compensation and doesn't need the fame or attention. "I understand that I may be called a liar or an opportunist," she said. "But I will risk that in order to stand in solidarity with women who share similar accounts that span many, many years."

The Trump campaign in a statement Saturday afternoon denied Drake's claims. "This story is totally false and ridiculous," the statement said. "Mr. Trump does not know this person, does not remember this person and would have no interest in ever knowing her," it said.

Earlier Saturday, before Drake made her claims, Trump said at a rally that he plans to sue all of the women who had accused him of inappropriate sexual conduct.

"All of these liars will be sued after the election," he said.

Drake was joined by women's rights attorney Gloria Allred, a longtime Hillary Clinton supporter who has represented other women with sexual misconduct claims against Trump. Allred served as an elected delegate for Clinton during the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia in July.

Allred told told AM Joy on MSNBC that she has not been in contact with the Clinton campaign about these allegations.

Drake said she met Trump at a celebrity golf tournament, which she attended while working for Wicked Pictures, an adult film company. She said Trump flirted with her and asked her to walk along the golf course with him, where he asked for her phone number. He later called and invited her to his hotel room.

Not wanting to go alone, Drake said she brought two other women along. She said that Trump was in his pajamas, with a bodyguard present.

"He grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each one of us without asking permission," Drake said.

Drake said Trump then asked the women about the details of shooting adult films, and about their personal relationships. "It felt like an interview," she said.

After she returned to her room, Drake said she received a call from a man saying Trump wanted her to return to his room. She said she declined.

Drake said she then received a call from Trump himself, asking her to return to his suite and have dinner with him and to go to a party. Drake said she declined. Drake said Trump then asked: "What do you want? How much?"

Drake told Trump she had to return to Los Angeles for work, she said, adding that this was "an excuse because I didn't want him to continue asking me, and I didn't want to be with him."

Drake said she then received a third call, either from Trump or from another man calling on his behalf. She said the caller offered her $10,000 to return to Trump's room. She said she declined this offer, too.

Drake claimed she had told friends about the episode not long after, but declined to name them, "out of respect for them and their families."

Drake added that she's involved in sex education, in which she stresses the importance of consent in all sexual activity. She said her decision to come forward was prompted by the Access Hollywood tape released earlier this month in which Trump brags about kissing and grabbing women without their permission.

Earlier this week, Allred held a news conference with another woman who lobbed allegations against Trump. Karena Virginia, a yoga instructor and lifestyle coach, claimed Trump made inappropriate comments and touched her breast while she was waiting for a car service in New York in 1998.

"He said, 'Hey, look at this one, we haven't seen her before. Look at those legs.' As though I was an object, rather than a person," Virginia said Thursday. "He then walked up to me and reached his right arm and grabbed my right arm, then his hand touched the right inside of my breast. I was in shock. I flinched."

A string of accusers have spoken out against Trump, who has fervently denied the accusations, in some cases going so far as to joke that the women accusing him aren't attractive enough for his taste.

Allred slammed Trump earlier Saturday, and said his accusers had no ulterior motive other than getting the truth out.

"These women could have sold their story. They didn't do it. They didn't do it for money. They didn't do it for fame," Allred told MSNBC.

AL’s Antigay Governor Is One Dirty Talker, According To Leaked Phone Sex Tape

From: Queerty
Oh, god. We just threw up in our mouths a little.

Audio from Alabama’s antigay governor’s phone sex session with a much younger female staffer has leaked to the media, and it’s totally gross.

Gov. Robert Bentley is under fire over an alleged affair he had with one of his top advisers, Rebekah Caldwell Mason, back in 2014. Despite damning audio records, which appeared online, Bentley maintains that a “physical relationship” between the pair never happened.

The tape, however, suggests otherwise:

“You know what?” Bentley can be heard cooing in the recording. “When I stand behind you and I put my arms around you, and I put my hands on your breasts, and I put my hands on you (unintelligible) and pull you real close … Hey, I love that too, putting my hands under you.”

Barf!

“I love you,” he continues. “I love to talk to you. I do … But baby, lemme tell you what we’re gonna have to do tonight: Start locking the door. If we’re gonna do what we did the other day, we’re gonna have to start locking the door!”

Bentley, who is, er, was married to his wife, Dianne for half a century before she unexpectedly divorced him last year, has been a vocal opponent of marriage equality for years. He once called gay marriage a “social experiment,” claiming it “destroys the rights of children to be connected to their biological parents.”

At a press conference, the governor, who, BTW, is a a former Baptist deacon, admitted to having an “inappropriate”call with Mason, calling it “a mistake.”

He also insisted he won’t be stepping down from office.

Another Donald Trump Sexual Assault Accuser Comes Forward

From: Just Jared
Karena Virginia, a yoga instructor and life coach, gave a public press conference on Thursday (October 20) with attorney Gloria Allred to reveal that Donald Trump allegedly sexually assaulted her in 1998 at the US Open.

“As I was waiting, Donald Trump approached me. I knew who he was, but I had never met him,” Karena said. “He was with a few other men. I was quite surprised when I overheard him talking to the other men about me. He said, ‘Hey, look at this one. We haven’t seen her before.’”

‘”Look at those legs,’ as though I was an object, rather than a person,” Karena added. “He then walked up to me and reached [with] his right arm and grabbed my right arm. Then his hand touched the right inside of my breast. I was in shock. I flinched.”

“Don’t you know who I am?,” Karena said Donald responded.

“I had come to the realization that I was the victim,” she said. She added she later came to the realization that Trump “had violated me when he groped me years earlier,”

“Mr Trump, perhaps you do not remember me or what you did to me so many years ago. But I can assure you that I remember you and what you did to me as if it were yesterday,” she concluded. Karena reportedly doesn’t have plans to sue or press charges, she just wanted to add her voice to the other reported victims.

The republican nominee for president now has multiple sexual assault accusers who have come forward this month.
