The Adventures Of Buckaroo Banzai
One of the all time cult films, Buckaroo Banzai was a flop in its initial release (which isn't hard to understand, as it must have been a nightmare to market). It features Peter Weller, John Lithgow, Jeff Goldblum, the always faboo Ellen Barkin, and a classic catch phrase. So why isn't it higher on this list? Well, a little of this eccentricity goes a long way for me, and it sort of wore out its welcome after a while. But I completely understand why its so beloved.
