“What I Like About You”
The Romantics
The Romantics had a huge pop hit in early ’84 with “Talking In Your Sleep”(#3), but they’ll always be best known for “What I Like About You,” a song that fizzled on the chart, peaking at #49 in March 1980.
But like many songs of that era, it was brought back to life starting in the late 80’s thanks to a constant presence in commercials, TV shows, and films, becoming a certified pop classic.
