Forever Knight
In 1989, CBS aired the TV movie pilot Nick Knight, with Rick Springfield as a centuries-old vampire working as a police detective in modern day Los Angeles. It wasn’t picked up, but three years later, they decided to redo it as part of their latenight “Crimetime After Primetime” series, but it was completely retooled, becoming “Forever Knight.” With Geraint Wyn Davies as Nick, now working in Toronto, it aired from May 5, 1992 – May 17, 1996.
