“Heart & Soul”
T’Pau
Led by Carol Decker, T’Pau had a string of hits in Europe in the late 80′s (including “China In Your Hand,” which spent five weeks at #1 in the UK), but they only hit the Billboard Hot 100 once, with the 80′s classic “Heart & Soul,” which hit #4 in August 1987.
