In this week’s installment of “Boxers or Briefs?” The Underwear Expert and Style Reporter, James Pianka, switch it up a bit at the Svelte Pool Party at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills, presented by Lyst LA. Naturally we were inclined to inquire about men’s swimwear, creating the question “Trunks or Speedos?”
The pool party featured men in their 20’s and 30’s, yet age didn’t seem to affect preferences for either cut. The answers were across the board. Some twenty-somethings prefer trunks due to the way they fit a man’s physique, and some thirty-somethings prefer speedos because they’re more fun and help you get a better tan and vice versa.
The party-goers were sporting some of our favorite brands including: Modern Amusement, Park & Ronen, Speedo, 2xist and Moschino. James was sporting his favorite color, pink, in a vibrant Diesel trunk.
