While ferrets are tiny, furry and adorable, they are not as traditionally beloved as many of their other small and fluffy counterparts. However, these weasel-like critters are the third most common uncaged pet in all of North America, after dogs and cats. In honor of National Ferret Day (that's today, y'all!), we're giving these polecat pets a chance to shine in the spotlight and win people over with their playful personalities and sweet little noses.
