The final Hot Guy is 35-year-old actor Ian Somerhalder, who is best known for his television roles as Boone Carlyle on Lost and Damon Salvatore on The Vampire Diaries.
Below you can watch him in a behind-the-scenes video of his Sexiest Man Alive photo shoot for People magazine and in a 2012 interview on Chelsea Lately.
