Before year’s end, BUTT’s got one more trick up its sleeve: BUTT Plugged, a night of live performances in London featuring not one, but two one man bands.
This time, we've invited Poisonous Relationship, hysterical singer’s singer and Sheffield native who, in our humble opinion, made one of the finest pop records of 2013. Plus there’s the so-called Heatsick of Berlin who can fill a dance floor with bursts of pink noise using a modicum of gear and a single swipe of his index finger… Hard work!Topping things off, deejay Dave Kendrick fills the gaps and uncomfortable silences with his jacking and sleazy take on house.
The night, happening only days before you-know-what, also presents the perfect opportunity to meat and greet the Men of the 2014 BUTT Calendar — many of them will be there in the flesh — and pick up an extra copy of said calendar at a discounted price for loved ones in far off places.
BUTT Plugged goes down on Saturday, 14 December from 10 P.M. to 3 A.M. at 100 Shoreditch High Street, EC1 6JQ in London in the small but perfectly formed Downstairs club at Ace Hotel London Shoreditch. Entry is just £10 on the door.
