Conor Kennedy has struck a plea deal.
The 22-year-old grandson of Robert F. Kennedy (and ex-boyfriend of Taylor Swift) was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in December after getting involved in a fight outside of Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Aspen, Colo.
Conor told the police he was defending a friend after someone used a homophobic slur toward him.
According to TMZ, Conor struck a plea deal with the judge, who gave him a 6 month deferred sentence, which means this won’t go on his record as long as he doesn’t get in trouble for the next six months.
