Former Queen front man Freddie Mercury was truly one of the greats, and sadly one of many artists who were taken well before their time due to AIDS.
Did you know he boasted an over four-octave range when he sang? He wasn’t messing around.
That’s to say nothing of the fact that he penned some of rock’s greatest anthems — “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Killer Queen,” “Somebody to Love,” “Don’t Stop Me Now,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and “We Are the Champions” to name a small handful.
