It’s official: presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump has picked Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his running mate.
I am pleased to announce that I have chosen Governor Mike Pence as my Vice Presidential running mate. News conference tomorrow at 11:00 A.M.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 15, 2016
Before he was governor, Pence spent 12 years in the House of Representatives. He is strongly anti-abortion and signed a religious freedom bill into law, which many view as an anti-gay law.
Obvious logo issues aside, I don’t understand what’s happening with the kerning here pic.twitter.com/kwDoFwro4b— Matthew Yglesias (@mattyglesias) July 15, 2016
