JD overcame great odds before making it to television: He ran away from home at 13 but, by 19, fulfilled his dream of becoming a dolphin trainer.
He’s still a part of the MTV family, competing on various editions of The Challenge. Today JD lives in L.A. and works at WeHo mainstay Mickey’s.
