Ashley Parker Angel, former member of the now-defunct boy band O-Town and lest we not forget star of the 2010 film Wild Things: Foursome, just woke up the Internet from it’s late-in-the-day haze by posting a fully nude shot on his social media accounts.

While Angel hasn’t been too busy on the career front of late (no shade, just facts), he’s been devoting his ample free time to getting his buns in tip-top shape, as evidenced below.

The #100DaysOfFitness challenge may be behind me now but the journey continues. It's incredible how the human body responds and transforms to even just 100 days of a consistent diet and exercise program.
