He looks like a cross between a drunk Eddie Izzard, a stoned 1990's sleaze rocker, and a classically trained actor gone off the rails while performing a Shakespeare play on Broadway.

I hope this image is supposed to be a parody or a joke of some kind, because if it's serious it's extremely depressing.
