February 11th is Extraterrestrial Visitor Day

The second Tuesday of February is Extraterrestrial Visitor Day.  This is all fine and dandy to be celebrating alien visitors to Earth, if there is any.  And why is it celebrated on the second Tuesday of the month.  Does someone know something that we don’t?  Is there going to be an alien invasion coming today?  Are only those that are celebrating this will be spared?  Maybe this is a day we need to observe just to survive the impending disaster that is looming.  All hail our alien overlords!
