Your Hunk of the Day: Jeff Tsoutsos

Jeff Tsoutsos is a 29 year old fitness model from South Africa. Jeff stands 5"11" tall and competes at 180 lbs, and gets up to 190 lbs. in the off season. His biceps measure 18", waist 31", chest 40", quads 25" and calves 20". Jeff has competed in several fitness modeling competitions, including the Model Championship South Africa in which he took 1st place. He also competed at the Model America Championship held in Las Vegas in which he placed 10th overall and 2nd in swimwear. Jeff has an active sports background, including surfing, soccer, swimming, rugby, muay thai, karate and grappling. He has been training steadily for ten years, at one stage hitting 210 lbs and doing proper bodybuilding, but Jeff realized it wasn't for him since he has more of a fighters/swimmer build, so Jeff leaned down. His goal when stepping on stage is, even though he may not carry a lot of mass, to be the hardest and most ripped. One of the reasons for leaning down and not staying bulked is so that he could do commercial modeling. His modeling background is quite extensive, from catalogs, swimwear and television commercials to fitness modeling. Jeff is also a trained actor, and recently lived for a month in Bollywood India shooting the action drama "Crook".
