ALREADY THERE ARE CERTAIN DESTINATIONS FOR SUMMER VACATION WHERE YOU CAN HANG OUT WITH OTHER GAY MEN AND WOMEN, BUT SINCE A COUPLE OF YEARS IT HAS BECOME THE TREND TO JOIN SPECIFIC ORGANIZED HOLIDAYS. BOTH FOR SUMMER AND WINTER VACATIONS. AND OF COURSE ONE OF THE BEST IS THE EUROPEAN SNOW PRIDE.
From the 22nd to the 29th March, the world class and snow sure resort of Tignes, part of the Espace Killy (Tignes+Val d'Isère) and the most beautiful ski area in the world, will once again be hosting the European Snow Pride. After last years success, the European Snow Pride returns with even events and activities intended for both skiers and non skiers. And that the European Snow Pride is a popular event shows in the fact that the event is booking up as we speak.
Snow, snow and even more snow. That is what you can expect during the 2014 European Snow Pride. Afraid of the cold? Don’t be, because the European Snow Pride guarantees a week that, regardless the winter temperatures, is bound to be the hottest week of the ski season. The fact that you will be with a few hundred international gay guests is one thing already. But looking at the list of activities and parties, the 2014 European Snow Pride promises to yet again become an unforgettable organized gay ski week.
It’s not so much how the week has been organized. The program looks comfortably familiar. No, it is with what it has been organized. Let’s take a look at some highlights already known, shall we. The Saturday starts already good with the traditional welcome buffet after checking in. Brand new is the Ice Breaker, the European Snow Pride opening party Saturday night, hosted by DJ Bruno Kaufmann. Monday DJ Little Nemo takes the stage, hosting the Animals party. The perfect opportunity to release the animal inside of you. Tuesday everyone can dress up in lumberjack for DJ Elias, know from La Demence, who will present the Timber party. Wednesday is traditionally reserved for the Giant ES Pool Party, hosted by your own BeautifulMag and ES Collection and with participation of super star DJ Tommy Marcus, known from the famous Scream and Wake Up parties. The week is getting hotter towards the end, if already possible, and Thursday night opens with Lust, an erotic dance event with DJ Nicolas Nucci (Scream, Wake Up) and with the participation of Crunchboy. And finally, Friday closes the annual gay ski event with Revolution, a super dance event with participation of Spirit of Star and hosted by Tel Aviv’s DJ Shahaf Moran.
Of course parties are not the only reason to join the European Snow Pride. There is, above all, snow fun. Whether you re a skier or a boarder, beginner or advanced, the European Snow Pride guarantees to bring you fun both on the slopes as in the many bars and restaurants in Tignes. The organization booked several accommodations, in various price levels and even offers the usage of the spa facilities in the
prestigious hotel L’Ecrin du Val Claret. And there is more, much more, to be announced in the months leading up to the event. With all this, it is no wonder the European Snow Pride has been crowned the number one European gay winter sport and music festival (2013).
