If you live in a northern climate (and sometimes even a number of southern climates) this time of year, you're likely still in the icy grip of Old Man Winter. Well, February 1st is the day to ditch the cabin fever -- at least for the day -- because it's Hula in The Coola Day. Perception is a state of mind, and on this day no matter where your body physically is, your mind is telling you you're in the nice warm weather of Hawaii. So grab your grass skit, favorite tropical drink, call some friends and have your very own Hula in The Coola Luau.
BTW -- tomorrow is Ground Hog Day, and if you're lucky, your local ground hog won't see their shadow. Meaning it hopefully won't be too long until both your mind and body are in warmer temperatures.
