Miley Cyrus was careful not to label her fluid sexuality in a June interview with Paper magazine, but days ahead of her hosting gig at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, the free-spirited pop goddess is offering some clarification.
“I’m very open about it – I’m pansexual,” Miley says in the 30th anniversary edition of Elle UK, out now. “But I’m not in a relationship. I’m 22, I’m going on dates, but I change my style every two weeks, let alone who I’m with.”
Also in the interview, Miley comments on her motivation to create her LGBT charity, The Happy Hippie Foundation. “I was kind of embarrassed that I got paid money to shake my ass in a teddy bear costume. I should not be worth the amount I am while people live on the streets,” she said.
