This tall drink of water is yet another sexy Australian. Are they born sexy there? (Of course not. But you know what I mean.) He started as a comic, went international in a gutsy drama and has been a steady, often somewhat stoic, presence in films ever since. I love the blankness of his expression, into which so many things can be read—like Garbo.
