Time magazine has said that "marriage equality is a done deal" regardless of what the Supreme Court rules on the subject. I will agree that over the last few months there seems to be a huge up swing in support of marriage equality, but I am afraid until the Supreme Court rules in favor, we will still be fighting a huge battle in many places in this country.
