Tora Berger (born 18 March 1981) is a Norwegian World Cup level biathlete and Olympic champion.
Tiril Eckhoff
Tiril Kampenhaug Eckhoff (born 21 May 1990) is a Norwegian biathlete who represents Fossum IF. Her best individual result internationally is a third place in 10 km pursuit in the 2013–14 Biathlon World Cup in Annecy in December 2013.
Echoff has been part of the Norwegian biathlon team since 2008. She will compete in Biathlon at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
She is the sister of former biathlete Stian Eckhoff. She studies engineering at the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
Eckhoff won bronze and gold at the 2014 Winter Olympics at the biathlon.
Ole Einar Bjørndalen
Ole Einar Bjørndalen (born 27 January 1974) is a Norwegian professional biathlete. He is the most successful Olympian in the history of the Winter Games with 13 medals. In 1992, he won his first career medal at the junior world championships. A year later in 1993, after winning a record three junior world championship titles, Bjørndalen made his Biathlon World Cup debut. His breakthrough came in 1994 when he featured on his first World Cup podium in a sprint race held in Bad Gastein, Austria. Bjørndalen's first participation at the Olympic Games was during the Lillehammer 1994 Winter Olympics, which were held in his home country of Norway. He obtained his first major victory on 11 January 1996 in an individual competition held in Antholz-Anterselva, Italy.
Emil Hegle Svendsen
Emil Hegle Svendsen (born 12 July 1985) is a Norwegian biathlete. He won two gold medals and one silver at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. He has won five individual gold medals and five relay gold medals at World Championships.
He skis with Strindheim IL, based in Trondheim.

Susan Dunklee
Susan Dunklee (born February 13, 1986) is an American biathlete who has competed since 2008. Her best World Cup finish was 4th in a Sprint event in Antholz, Italy in 2014.
Dunklee's best finish at the Biathlon World Championships was 5th in the individual event at Ruhpolding in 2012.
On November 22, 2013, Dunklee was named to the American team for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Hannah Dreissigacker
Hannah Dreissigacker will make her Olympic debut for the US Biathlon team in Sochi. While this will be her first time competing on the grandest stage, she has the Games in her blood as both of her parents were Olympic rowers for the U.S.

Things to know:
1. Dreissigacker started cross-country skiing at an early age, but took up biathlon in 2009 at age 23 after graduating from Dartmouth College. This is only her second season as a member of the US Biathlon national team and admits that she still struggles with nerves on the shooting range.
2. Both of Dreissigacker’s parents competed in the Summer Olympics for the U.S., in rowing. Her father, Dick, competed in the coxless fours event at the 1972 Munich Games, and her mother, Judy Geer, competed in the coxed fours at the 1976 Montreal Games and double sculls at the 1984 Los Angeles Games. She also qualified for the 1980 U.S. Olympic team which boycotted the Moscow Games. In Montreal, Judy rowed in the same boat with Catherine Menges, the mother of two-time Olympic fencing champion Mariel Zagunis.
3. Dreissigacker is a member of the Craftsbury Green Racing Team, based in Craftsbury, VT, a team of elite athletes pursuing national team and Olympic aspirations, while keeping with an environmentally-conscious lifestyle.
Tim Burke
Timothy John "Tim" Burke (born February 3, 1982 in Paul Smiths, New York) is a U.S. biathlete. At the 2007 World Championships in Antholz, he made US history by finishing 7th in the men's 20 km race.[citation needed] On December 20, 2009, he became the first ever US biathlete to lead the overall Biathlon World Cup.
Lowell Bailey
Lowell Bailey (born July 15, 1981) is an American biathlete who has competed since 2001. His best World Cup finish was 5th in the sprint event both at Kontiolahti (FIN) and Oestersund (SWE) in 2011.
Bailey's best finish at the Biathlon World Championships was 18th in the Mass Start event at Pyeong Chang (KOR) in 2009.
At the 2006 Winter Olympics, he finished 27th in the individual, 46th in the sprint, and 48th in the pursuit events.
At the 2010 Winter Olympics, he finished 36th in the 10 km sprint event and he also finished 36th in the 12.5 km pursuit.
