Beyoncé tapped into her country roots when she sang at the 50th annual Country Music Association Awards Wednesday night alongside the Dixie Chicks.
The Texas natives delivered a powerful performance of “Daddy Lessons” off Beyoncé’s Lemonade. Though the pairing might’ve seemed odd at first, as soon as the quartet broke into the chorus, it was clear that something special was happening.
