Alexander Wang (born 1983) is an American fashion designer and Creative Director of Balenciaga.
At age 18, he moved to New York City to attend Parsons. In 2005, after 2 years at Parsons, he decided to pursue the launch of his own label, which predominantly began with a knitwear collection. In Fall 2007, Wang presented a complete women’s ready-to-wear collection on the New York catwalk for the first time, to critical acclaim. He won the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund in 2008, an honor accompanied by a $200,000 award to expand one's business. That same year, he launched his first handbag collection. In 2009, women’s T by Alexander Wang was launched, followed by Men’s T by Alexander Wang a year later. In 2009 he was recognized by his peers when he was announced as the winner of the CFDA’s Swarovski Womenswear Designer of the Year Award. Also in 2009, Wang was the recipient of the Swiss Textiles Award. His lines are now stocked globally in more than 700 doors including luxury department stores such as Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Dover Street Market, Browns, and Net-A-Porter.
Wang is known for his urban designs. After designing a Fall 2008 collection using black as the predominant color, he designed his Spring 2009 collection using bright colors such as orange, dusty purple, aqua and hot pink. Although he reverted to using mainly black fabrics, he was praised for showing great tailoring skills.
In its essence, the Alexander Wang brand’s sensibility is reflected in the undone. There is a curiosity behind the contradiction that lies between refinement and the imperfect, and a nod to always referencing his idea of the everyday uniform.

Would Oz's Tobias Beecher (Lee Tergesen) have been better off without Chris Keller (Christopher Meloni)? Probably. But this is a man who has compassion and smarts (he was a good-guy lawyer who accidentally killed someone while driving drunk, well originally, before he was corrupted by prison life) and can see the good in anyone. Well, don't cross him: He did bite the head of a guy's penis off. But that's prison life for you.

In today’s Daily Package, model Eugen Bauder, wearing a white Polo by Ralph Lauren brief, is a bit pouty. Bauder is a model from Kazakhstan. Yes, the home place of Sacha Baron Cohen’s Borat. But, Bauder is no Borat and that’s “very nice” indeed. Besides modeling these polo briefs, Bauder has been a part of major campaigns for Armani, Calvin Klein, and DSquared.

Sticky Australian ad via Virgin Blue that ran in gay mags pre-Mardi Gras.

Like their ads or not, Virgin has long been a pro-gay marketer.
Mike Rice made headlines when video surfaced of him berating, kicking, firing basketballs, and using slurs against his players. The Rutgers men’s basketball coach—who used language like “fucking faggot” and “fucking fairy” toward his players—was fired after the tapes came to the attention of the media. Some good did come out of it: we got this amazing SNL sketch starring Melissa McCarthy that’s based on the Mike Rice affair.

Number of married gay couples: unknown
Though Denmark had been the world’s first country to enact registered partnerships way back in 1989, it lagged behind a bit with full marriage equality, becoming number 11 last year.
"The Dylan Pose is harder than I thought! Have a bunch of tries. Also I admit this is a little devious because I was trying to think of a way to ask you to drop link to my game, and I thought you might be more open to suggestion if I stunned you with my belly beam first." -- Captain
"Thanks for the submission, Captain!
I don’t think CaptainGerBear remembers, but about 8-years ago he taught me how to draw more animated hands, which resulted in more dynamic poses like this. His artwork really influenced my style. Go buy his game now." -- Noodles and Beef
This ambitious monthly documentary series was NBC's attempt to emulate CBS's `60 Minutes.' Initially airing in a two-hour format, it addressed subjects ranging from student riots to honeymoon locales. The first two seasons were hosted by Sander Vanocur before it moved to Fridays in 1971 and was retitled `Chronolog,' with Garrick Utley replacing Vanocur. Returned to Tuesdays for its final 1972-73 run, the series reclaimed its original title, but was cut to an hour with no regular host.

This Copy of Playgirl
To this day, I don’t really know who Robby Benson is, and he never got naked enough in the issue to pique my interest. But otherwise, I masturbated the hell out of this magazine. It was in my cool aunt’s magazine rack and on holidays I’d make some excuse to ‘plant it’ on someone as a gag. This would give me a chance to handle it, open it up and memorize the pictures. Later, I began ripping out pages (the Rear Views spread (below right)! The Honk if You Like Playgirl ad! Edward-Tombridge Wells (below left)) and hiding them under an old sink in an abandoned trailer.

Roberts proved how sexy he was when his nudes leaked on the internet several years back but he also has the smarts to go with it.
