In a recent interview in London’s Evening Standard Magazine, Ryan Gosling admitted that he feels emotionally more like a woman-well, at least half of him.
“I’d say 49%, sometimes 47%, it depends on what day you catch me,” revealed the Drive dreamboat. “I think women are better than men. They are stronger. More evolved. You can tell especially when you have daughters and you see their early stages, they are just leaps and bounds beyond boys immediately.”
Gosling has two daughters with actress Eva Mendes, but also attributes his appreciation for females from being raised by strong women.
“I’ve always liked women more. I was brought up by my mother and older sister. I found my way into dance class. My home life now is mostly women. They are better than us. They make me better.”
So how does The Notebook actor feel about a female President in the White House? “I think it needs a woman’s touch,” he told the magazine.
Here’s a piece of advice, Ryan: if you love women then please keep them-and gay men-happy by not skimping on the shirtless scenes:
