Work Without Your Hands Day is a holiday that was only seen in the episode, "The Clash of Triton." It is a holiday in Bikini Bottom where one must not use their hands to work.
The only person who could seem to celebrate the holiday is SpongeBob SquarePants. At the Krusty Krab, he used his feet and nose to perform several tasks, including using the telephone and flipping Krabby Patties. However, he had to use his hands to prepare for King Neptune's 5,000th birthday party.
