Birthday Girl: Hillary Clinton’s Life In Photos

Hillary Clinton celebrated her 69th birthday a day early yesterday by attending an Adele concert in Miami.

The “Hello” singer endorsed the Democratic presidential nominee, saying she was “glad I’m not an American at the moment—it’s hard work.”

Clinton has been in the public eye for nearly four decades: We’ve seen her be jubilant (during the 1993 and 1997 inaugurations and daughter Chelsea’s wedding) pensive (during the raid on Osama bin Laden) and mournful (after 9/11 and the Pulse nightclub attack).
