Last year photographer extraordinaire Mike Ruiz used his talents to help Louie’s Legacy Animal Shelter raise funds and awareness with a Hunks And Hounds calendars, and the response was so overwhelming (and there were so many models willing to donate their time), that this year there will be two calendars to choose from.
Mike tells The Huffington Post:
“We paired hulking men with sweet rescues to convey the idea that these animals need protection from the cruelty and indifference that exists in the world of discarded and abused dogs,” he says. “If that isn’t apparent to some, then we hope that they will appreciate the delicious eye candy!”
Louie’s Legacy is accepting pre-orders now. Calendars are $19.95 plus shipping, or get both for $34.95 plus shipping. Payment is made at the time of order, and shipments will occur after October 15, 2016.
