We've made it to the final quarter of the year and many businesses and organizations are turning their attention to 2013. It’s appropriate then that October is International Strategic Planning Month.
The term “strategic planning” may sound intimidating to many small business leaders, but the process doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, many leaders, whether they call it “strategic planning” or not, are focusing on next year’s budgets and goals.
