Adam Lambert Will Join Laverne Cox In Fox’s “Rocky Horror Picture Show”

 Casting has been finalized for Fox’s upcoming televised production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Adam Lambert, Victoria Justice, Reeve Carney and Ryan McCarten will join the previously-announced Laverne Cox and newcomer Staz Nair in the updated cult musical, set to air this fall.

Originally in contention for the role of Frank-N-Furter, Lambert will play Eddie, “the rock-n-roll loving, ex-delivery boy, who emerges at Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s on a motorcycle and crashes the party.”

“I grew up watching Rocky Horror, but could never imagine that I would be part of this new vision,” Lambert said in a statement. “Rocky Horror always made me feel like it was okay to celebrate my weirdness. Hallelujah, bless my soul! I love that old time rock-n-roll!”

Victoria Justice will take on the role of Janet Weiss (iconically originated by Susan Sarandon in the 1975 original film) with Penny Dreadful’s Reeve Carney as Riff Raff and Royal Pains star Ryan McCartan as Brad Majors.

Staz Nair, who is set to appear on the upcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones, rounds out the cast playing the titular role of Rocky Horror.

Who wants to make my new year and take this lovable Dog off our hands for a few months? Sad to say we can't take him with us as I'm travelling with work from mid Jan until April so looking for a temporary home with either other dogs or someone who knows and understands staffy breeds. Roman is terribly affectionate so as long as you have time for a couple walks a day and a lot of hugs (this guys a massive attention seeking softie and will happily cuddle all day) then please get in touch, or likewise if you know someone who you think would be upto it, let me know. The 36th Golden Raspberry Awards is an awards ceremony that honors the worst the film industry had to offer in 2015. The Golden Raspberry Awards, also known as the Razzies, are awarded based on votes from members of the Golden Raspberry Foundation. The pre-nomination ballot was revealed on December 22, 2015,  with the nominations revealed on January 13, 2016. The winners will be announced on February 27, 2016.
