We're dying to try Dorothy's Salty Caramel Cheesecake.

You grab the cheesecake, we’ll get the plates: The Golden Girls themed restaurant has officially opened in New York.

Gothamist is reporting owner Michael J. LaRue has started serving breakfast and lunch at Rue La Rue Cafe on a limited schedule and hopes to expand soon.

“It’s just to give the staff a chance to practice,” LaRue told the site, adding that they were packed over the weekend. “As soon as I’m confident we’re ready, we’ll set dinner hours, as well.”

For now regular hours at Rue La Ru, located at 4396 Broadway in Washington Heights, are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday.

Named for the late Rue McClanahan, who was close friends with LaRue, the cafe is filled with memorabilia and photos of the star, and a timeline of McClanahan’s life. Customers can dine on wraps, salads and snacks, as well as Chef Michele Weber’s “Betty White Cake.”

A local baker has even whipped up cheesecakes honoring the show’s four iconic ladies (Dorothy’s Salty Caramel Cheesecake has a caramel lava center), while Uncommon Coffee Roasters is brewing unique blends to represent the girls. You can even sip your coffee in a mug emblazoned with Rue’s face.
