10 Amazing Facts About Your Man Juice!

Do you know what’s in your man juice?
From: Gay Pop Buzz
When you release your load and look at the aftermath, haven’t you always wondered what’s inside? Exactly what makes up the whitish, creamy substance that shoots out? Does it taste nasty? And how much is the average?

Given interest in this topic, our research team decided to do a bit of digging and discovered these 10 facts about a man’s load that might surprise you!

Are you ready? Let’s jump right in!

 1.
What’s in man juice?

Much of what’s inside of your man-milk is made up of high quality protein, created in the gonads. But it’s not all protein – spermatozoon also swim around. Those are the little critters that are responsible for helping to create babies. Only 5-10% of your jizzness is made up of sperm. The rest is mostly water and other bodily fluids.

2.
Is it bad for you?

Not at all – unless there is something lurking in it that could cause disease or infection. From a nutritional standpoint, semen contains roughly as much protein as an egg white. Plus, there’s vitamin B12, vitamin C and minerals galore in your splooge! Current thinking suggests that on average, your load has about 20 calories.

3.
How much is the average amount?

Current estimates put the average load of a man’s release around ½ a teaspoon. Remember, it could be a lot more or less, depending upon the individual’s health, age and frequency of release.

4.
Can you increase your load?

There are a number of studies to suggest that your jizzness can be increased through diet. Suggestions for bettering your load factor include high density protein foods like bananas and walnuts. Other eatables that are thought to contribute to larger loads include leafy greens, such as spinach.

5.
Does body size impact load factors?

The body of evidence seems to suggest that people with higher BMI levels, such as some bear types, produce less amounts of white magic. This is particularly true for men who have a BMI over 25. Generally speaking, the more in-shape you are, the bigger the load.

 6.
Can I use it on wrinkles?

Believe it or not – the answer is yes. In fact, use of the white sauce has been going on for centuries. In fact, it has been said that Cleopatra used to take baths in the stuff (aka: Roman Baths) and dab lots of it under her eyes. No wonder history records Cleopatra as having one of the most stunning appearances in all of Egypt!

7.
Can it help my depression?

It turns out that your splooge does contain anti-depressant qualities. Specifically, cortisol, estrone, prolactin,, oxytocin, melatonin, and serotonin. And we know from existing research that the process of getting yourself to fountain splooge holds many health benefits!

8.
Can smartphones damage jizz?

We don’t know the full answer to this question yet, but … it does appear that Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Waves (REWs) may be harmful. This means whenever you use a wireless device like your smartphone, those REW’s could be frying your man milk into oblivion. But it would takes tons of exposure to do any real damage.

9.
At what age do I stop creating jizz?

Unless there is a medical issue, the answer is never. Yep, that’s right – men never stop creating man milk. The amounts may decrease as the years go on but you should be able to release some type of juice right up until the day your croak. Think about that the next time you are kissing a man and getting ready to do the nasty!

10.
Can you add it to a cocktail?

Yep – in fact there is a book for bartenders that gives directions! Just imagine serving up drinks for friends and family with a little special extra in it. Not only will your cocktail rock, you’ll also be the talk of the town!

12 sincere pieces of advice older Wicked readers offered a younger reader

From: Wicked Gay
As I think back on the some of the past posts here on Wicked that garnered the most heartfelt comments, a post entitled "What advice would you give a 20 year old gay guy who is just coming out of the closet?" sticks out among the best of the best.

Not only did 89 of you comment, most of those comments were pretty on point, sincere, and fabulous!

We would like to share twelve of our favorite responses, in no particular order.

12.
Always always always remember you are a good and worthy person, and be proud of owning your truth. Be honest with everyone and good people will respect you. The ones who don't won't matter.

 11.
You will lead a beautiful and amazing life without certain family members if they cannot accept who you are.

You will be surrounded by incredible friends who know and accept you for exactly who you are.

You will meet someone who will complete you, and in that moment you will realize just how small and ridiculous and sad and insignificant the haters are.

10.
Come out when the time feels right. You'll know. It's a process we all go through. Take your time and use it as an opportunity to get to know your real self. Feel those emotions you've been suppressing all these years. You'll end up a happier person and in the end you'll learn that its a lot easier and less scary then imagined. Have fun and be safe ;)

9.
Make and keep good, true friends. Men and women. The kind you can call at three in the morning to come bail you out of jail...because they know you'd be there for them.

8.
Don't write off your family if their first reaction isn't perfect. Everyone is entitled to a second chance.

7.
I came out at 20-years-old myself, and have been in those shoes. I'm 23 now.

Advice I would give is to never feel inferior or intimidated by the gays who've been out longer than yourself. Many of the gay men I know made the decision to come out in high school, and have already experienced naivety, heartbreak, passion, and ample amounts of sex. You are just coming out and have yet to experience all of that as an openly gay man. Do not let judgement from other gays affect you because you're at this early stage in your "gay" timeline. They were there once too.

Do not be fooled into thinking that you're dating pool will flood automatically because you have come out. While others are wildly successful at attracting men, it may simply not be that way for you. Be who you are, and share yourself comfortably with others and THEN you will attract men, not just for sex, but to have a meaningful relationship with.

On a closing note...always, always make an effort to work out. You do not have to have the body of a ripped, Greek God to attract someone, but you will have greater self esteem and be comfortable with your body in the sometimes brutal world of the gays.

6.
Don't take advice from the internet. Wait...

5.
The important thing to remember is that it gets better because you get better, not because of changes in the world around you: you are stronger than you know.

 4.
Make friends in the gay community who are older than you. Having a group of peer friends is awesome, but when I came out at 22, I also ended up being friends with an older couple who sort of became my gay "parents".

  • They were always nice to my (many) boyfriends.
  • They taught me to have lots of fun, but keep things in perspective.
  • They helped me pick colors for the new apartment. When I wrecked a car, they had one I could borrow for a couple of days.
  • When I was heartbroken (often), I could cry on their shoulder. When I needed a lawyer (that's another story) they knew a good one.
  • If I needed flatware or a piece of furniture, they always seemed to be getting rid of something that I might be able to use.
  • One taught me how to cook, the other taught me how to make reservations.
  • They weren't wealthy, but they loved me unconditionally and kept an eye out for me.
  • They taught me how to be a good gay man. I'm still friends with them today, 30 years later.

3.
Once you've accepted yourself for who you are, the rest of your life belongs to nobody but you. Don't try to fit any mold of who others think you should be. Be yourself and do what is right for you. Life isn't always 100 percent perfect... but if you are happy with yourself, you will surround yourself with people you need. Give yourself permission to be human and make human mistakes. Forgive yourself and move forward.

2.
Try not to confuse sex and love. They are separate entities. Be safe. Wear condoms. Walk away from drama queens and toxic gays.

1.
Remember to say these 4 phrases as often as possible: I love you, I am sorry, I forgive you, please forgive me. AND MEAN IT!

9 Things We Need From Britney At The MTV Video Music Awards

Shower us in #Glory.
From: NewNowNext
Britney Spears is scheduled to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday, and we already know she’s going to deliver something truly iconic. It’s Britney, so it’s guaranteed!

But if you’re still looking for a few suggestions, B, we’ve got you covered.
 1
A live animal

Banana the python helped Britney’s 2001 “Slave 4 U” performance become one of the most legendary in VMA's history, and who could forget the Bengal tiger that was LITERALLY IN THE SAME CAGE AS HER WHEN SHE ENTERED THE STAGE?!

Ideally Britney would ride an elephant or pterodactyl on stage this year, but realistically, I think having a big, majestic bird nearby would be just as great. Something resembling a Phoenix, perhaps? A falcon? A hundred white doves?
 2
A dance break that’ll make people lose their minds

Britney haters will say she “didn’t/can’t dance” regardless. But true fans will be looking for an intense dance break— she wouldn’t have started practicing new choreo weeks ago if she wasn’t planning on it!

 3
A new dance move we can actually do

Give me another “Slave” body roll, “Oops” heart pump, “Toxic” boob-cup, or “Work Bitch” arm thing, please.
 4
New music

You can count on the queen performing Glory’s lead single “Make Me,” but it would be a perfect time to perform another new track from the album, not including the ones we’ve already heard. May I suggest “If I’m Dancing” or “Liar”? A “Coupure Électrique” entrance?

 5
An ENTRANCE

The entrance is the most important part of the performance. Britney needs to come out on that stage in a poof of smoke and laser beams, sporting a mind-blowing outfit that she’ll shed during a quick change.

 6
The lost “Make Me” footage

In case you haven’t heard, the Britney Army is pissed that the sexy original “Make Me” video was scrapped for the PG-13 version that was released. Unlike the latter, the David LaChapelle original version included a slew of shirtless male dancers and more than a couple male pole dancers. Release it now.

7
A nod to the past

Some people consider Britney’s 2007 “Gimme More” VMA performance a complete disaster— I am not in that group. How iconic would it be if she subtly referenced that performance somehow, as the first “Britney at the VMAs” teaser did? So iconic.

 8
A style moment

I don’t care if it’s on the red carpet, on the stage or sitting down in the audience— Britney is going to deliver an outfit that’ll be hung in the Britney Hall of Fame alongside the red “Oops” bodysuit and the school girl uniform.
9
A backstage moment

PLEASE let Britney run into Ariana Grande backstage, where they will serendipitously turn to each other and hug before taking a selfie. Ariana is performing “Side To Side” with Nicki Minaj at the VMAs, so she will be backstage at some point. Ariana is also a major Britney fan, and I am a major fan of the selfie I just described.

Tune in to MTV to see Britney Spears set fire to the VMA's stage this Sunday, August 28 at 9/8c.

Arkansas Luggage - Old Reliable - Part Two

The Old Reliable series offers a unique alternative to standard all-male fare. There are no story-lines, no sets, no scripts... just real people talking about real experiences. Most of these men are hustlers, selected off the street by the producer and representing a diverse cross-section of American manhood. They're encouraged to strip, flex, show off their bodies, and, in most cases, masturbate.
