New York’s Fifth Avenue was alive with color and pizzazz Sunday morning as revelers celebrated Easter with outlandish costumes and bonnets.
The crowd gathered for the city’s annual Easter Parade, a tradition that began in the 1800s as a way for New York’s elite to show off their Sunday best, but has since evolved into a free-for-all of elaborate outfits and decorations.

Bill C was there today guiding our cameras.
When you asked him about his corner,
57th and Fifth, next to Tiffany's, filled with concrete security blocks.
His expression would instantly change and he would say I'll make the best of it.
Thanks for being our inspiration, Bill.
It's bad but we will adapt, like you always did.
