Thursday night was the series premiere of Riverdale, the CW’s new series based on the characters from the Archie comics. And while it’s got a lot of hype behind it, does that warrant a watch?
Reviews have compared it favorably to Gossip Girl (another CW show) and Twin Peaks, but the real attention grabber is leading man K.J. Apa as the titular Archie, who is super cute and has a really hot body.
Why are we mentioning this? Well, from the looks of what we’ve seen already, he takes off his shirt a lot.
I mean, those promo pictures were enough to drum up interest.
