Matt Lister did two hours of “slut drops”

Leg day is my favourite day of the week...and I skipped it last week 😱 IM SORRY. I did 2 hours of slut drops and jumping around today to make up for it and OH LORDY SOMEBODY CALL THE NURSE. I don't think I'll make it into the new year 😂
