This Saturday, Logo’s Trailblazer Honors will salute pioneers in the LGBT community who fought for visibility and equality.

Chloe Grace Moretz will honor gay Syrian refugee Subhi Nahas, who fled his homeland after being marked for death and now helps LGBT people in the Middle East earn refugee status.

The first person to present testimony to the United Nations about ISIS persecution of LGBT people, Nahas will also serve as grand marshal at this year’s NYC Pride March.

Emma Stone, who will appear as Billie Jean King in the upcoming film Battle of the Sexes, will honor the out tennis icon, who broke barriers for women and LGBT people in sports.

During the special, Lance Bass and Alex Newell will also present a tribute to The Advocate, which is preparing to celebrate its 50th year in print.

Stage and screen icon Harvey Fierstein (Torch Song Trilogy, Kinky Boots) will also be honored for his decades of artistry and activism.

And trans advocates Janet Mock, Candis Cayne and Tiq Milan will bestow posthumous honors on transgender trailblazers Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, two of the earliest and most vocal leaders for the community.

This year’s Trailblazer Honors is dedicated to Orlando, with chart-topping pop singer Rachel Platten (“Fight Song,” “Stand by You”) dedicating a performance to innocent lives lost at the Pulse LGBT nightclub.

Preceding the special is “We Are Orlando,” a day of remembrance including LGBT-themed films, documentaries and inspiring segments, starting at 10 am.

Trailblazer Honors airs Saturday, June 25, at 8/7c on Logo and VH1.
