Austrian group Opus had an enormous hit in Europe with the infectious “Live is Life,” hitting #1 in Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and the top ten in the UK. They also hit #1 in Canada, but the response in the U.S. was more tepid, reaching #32 in April 1986.
