Some friends have noticed the physical changes I have gone through in the last couple months, and I thought I would share that my biggest "secret" is just to be consistent in keeping up with my exercise and proper macronutrient intake. It's easy to get the proper nutrients I need with the two + @justsalad salads I have a day. Mentally, I started to look at fitness as a journey with pit-stops, not a sprint.
