THE COLORS OF CHRISTMAS

From: BeautifulMag
HAVE YOU DECORATED YOUR TREE ALREADY? OR ARE YOU STILL WONDERING HOW TO DO IT. ARE YOU ONE OF THOSE WHO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COLOR SCHEME EACH YEAR, BRINGING A UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE TO THE CHRISTMAS FESTIVITIES? PERSONALLY I'M ALWAYS CURIOUS TO SEE WHAT THE NEW TRENDS ARE, THE NEW COLOR PALETTES AND THE NEW DECORATION STYLES.

True, Christmas trees are maybe a bit kitsch, but then again, if you take the religious meaning out of the quotation, so is the whole Christmas celebration. But there is noting wrong with being a bit kitsch. After all, Christmas is a celebration of light and that is exactly the purpose of that three in you living room. A dark green mass decorated with twinkling lights and shining ornaments that in daylight looks completely out of place but once the evening falls creates an atmosphere and warmth as nothing else can. And let's admit it, there is a lot of fun decorating the tree, trying to find new ways to bring new moments of intimacy.

So what is it going to be this year? A cold but stylish silver, white or blue? A traditional red and gold? Or a more flamboyant purple and pink? It doesn't really matter does it. Because as long as it shines and glitters it does what it needs to do. Bring warmth and coziness in those dark days that surround Christmas. Last year IMWPhotography published a calendar that does exactly that. Igor, the man who goes behind the IMWPhotography name has shown on numerous occasions already that he has a good eye when it comes to picking male beauty for his photography and his 2015 calendar was no exception to that. Neither is his latest calendar, the Zodiac sign inspired 2016 wall calendar. As colorful as its predecessor the 2016 version presents 12 new and fresh models against a bright backdrop with handwritten patterns. But, while getting ready for Christmas, we look back to 2015.

IMWPhotography's 2015 calendar displays his handsome models, dressed in nothing more than Andrew Christian underwear, placed against shining and glittering backgrounds. German simplicity combined with a Brazilian flair for celebration and colors. The two things that define IMWPhotography, who lives and works in Germany but origins from Brazil. And a fitting set of images to introduce Christmas 2016. And if you have not yet decided how to decorate your home, maybe the color schemes presented here can bring you some inspiration.
