Thanksgiving at Dad’s.

 Had a really wonderful time at Dad’s. Got to cook most of my planned menu, and was especially happy to make sous vide pork belly, sous vide turkey roulade, and truffle risotto (we made an emergency detour to wholefoods after “Agony” happened).


 Was really awesome getting to try turkey prepared traditional versus turkey prepared sous vide. Certainly a lot more effort goes into the silly sous vide prep, but the texture and juiciness are really exceptional.


 I am so grateful that my biological family is so loving, accepting, and supportive of my pups and I.
