He's armed and somewhat dangerous, but this 23-year-old's taste in pizza may be his biggest crime:

Hillsborough police have charged Benjamin Robert Smith, 23, of 410 Terrell Road in the Oct. 20 armed robbery of a local Domino’s Pizza restaurant. Police charged Smith with armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of second-degree kidnapping. Investigator Jason Winn had considered Smith his primary suspect, and upon discovering Smith was already in the Durham County jail, conducted an interview Tuesday. Smith confessed to the robbery during the interview Smith had been arrested Friday in Durham, along with Christopher J. Anderson, 28, of Haw River, as the two were preparing for a home invasion. The two confessed to the home invasion plan and multiple other crimes across Durham, Orange and Alamance counties. They are facing multiple firearm, robbery and drug charges. At approximately 10 p.m. on Oct. 20, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Domino’s Pizza, located at 112 John Earl St. Two employees were at the business when Smith, wearing a mask and black clothing, entered the business with a handgun and demanded money. Smith stole cash and was last seen running from the business. The employees were not injured during the robbery.
