Supertramp hit the peak of their commercial career in the late 70’s and early 80’s, with the #1 album Breakfast In America, and such classic hits as “The Logical Song” and “Take The Long Way Home.” Lead singer Roger Hodgson left the band after their 1982 album Famous Last Words for a solo career (we’ll hear his solo entry later on this list), and three years later the group released Brother Where You Bound, which was a moderate success (peaking at #21), and the album’s only chart single became their final entry on the Hot 100, peaking at #28 in July 1985.
