Going Places
Within a few seconds, the sound and font are unmistakable. This has the stench of ABC’s TGIF all over it. Going Places aired on ABC from September 21, 1990 until March 8, 1991, starring Heather Locklear, Alan Ruck, Data’s Offspring, The Original Stiles from the movie Teen Wolf, Phillip Charles Mackenzie, That Girl Who Had Two Dads, and the incomparable Holland Taylor. The theme song was written by the same songwriters who gave us the themes for Perfect Strangers, Family Matters and Full House. In case you couldn’t tell.
