Leave it to Chinese inventors to come up with an automated sperm extractor machine, which includes a small video screen on the top which plays films for the user to help them with the extraction process.

The machines, which have been tested in Chinese hospitals for over a year now, come with a massage pipe near the front which apparently can be adjusted according to the height of its user. The speed, frequency, amplitude and temperature can also be adjusted to the users preference.
The director of the urology department at Zhengzhou Central Hospital said the machines are being used by infertility patients who are having difficulty retrieving sperm the “old fashioned way.”
A website selling the machine for $2,800, is promoting it by stating ‘it can give patients very comfortable feeling.’
