In 2009, shortly after winning Dustin Lance Black won the Academy Award for writing the screenplay for "Milk"; a sex tape from 2006 along with screen shots were leaked to the internet. In the video, Black is involved in several different sexual acts, including as a bottom in bareback anal sex.
Black admitted that it was him in the videos, and apologized for setting a bad example for the gay community, with the unprotected sex. He, also, had his lawyers act very quickly and threaten lawsuits in the millions of dollars if website owners did not remove the photos and videos. It seems to work as, this is the only image that I could find from that tape.
