May 1st is Executive Coaching Day

Workers deserve the best leaders they can get! Our sports stars have skill and strength coaches, our great actors have speech and movement coaches, our politicians have media coaches. Why don’t more of our corporate and union executives who are responsible for effectively leading thousands of employees and members utilize the power of coaching? This is a day to applaud all organizational leaders who take their profession seriously enough to improve their skills through coaching. A day to raise the awareness of those who do not use coaching to improve their capacity to effectively lead their organizations.
