The first pic of model Jeff Conger, to the left, in his tightie whities was one of the first pics I 'right clicked and saved' when I was opened to the world of the internet. Conger was all over the net then with his black and white pics in which he has perfected the 'tease' shot, showing lots of skin, but not the goods. Yet these pics were and still are hot as hell. Jeff turns 40 today, and Jeff, time for another photo shoot!
