Lexionix: Haha. Yeah, it’s just a small city… I don’t know, I like it. I’ve lived here my whole life, which is kind of depressing. Not a lot of out gay people here, and the ones that are, I’m not really into. There’s basically nothing to do here, all we have really is a movie theater. It’s one of the most northern cities in Alberta, I think. It’s three hours away from Calgary, six from Edmonton, and one from Lethbridge.
How’s life on Manhunt when you’re that far away from big cities?
Lexionix: Uh, well, if I had my location in my actual city there would be absolutely no point to being a paying member, and I’d only ever go on it to check the blogs because I think it’s fun. [Ed note: Thanks!] There are no desirable men (to me) here, and mostly everybody just ignores me and doesn't like me anyways.
So I put my location as Calgary. That way, people who might actually find me interesting can message me and wink and know I’m alive and get to know me. Sadly, it doesn't usually end well once they realize I’m in Medicine Hat.

Lexionix: When I first turned 18, I was meeting a lot of people. Now it’s only every once in a while. I don’t travel often at all, but generally when I do, I end up in Calgary for some period of time. If there’s anybody special I’ve been talking to, I sometimes meet up with them. On the ultra rare occasion, someone will come to Medicine Hat from Calgary to see me, which is really cool! But that’s pretty rare.
What’s your favorite experience been? And also your least favorite?
Lexionix: My least favorite is a reoccurring one that hasn't happened for a while, because I’m extremely strict with who I meet up with now. It’s when I have older men come over (nothing wrong with older men), but if they are really creepy and weird, I really don’t like it.

What are you looking for right now?
Lexionix: Ideally, it would be crazy if I found someone who was genuine and awesome and wanted to start a relationship like a normal person. I’d love to go on a date and hang out and feel like a normal person.
